Refund policy
Returns
Top Fruit Market offers a 30-day return policy for eligible non-perishable items only. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at catering@topfruitmarket.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Catering Orders and Perishable Goods
Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, Top Fruit Market does not accept returns on perishable catering goods. This includes fresh food, fruit, vegetables, catering items, prepared meals, salads, wraps, sandwiches, juices, yoghurt trays, desserts, and any other food items prepared or supplied for catering orders.
If your catering order is not as expected, damaged, incorrect, missing items, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. These matters will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and we will work with you towards a suitable resolution where appropriate.
Where possible, please provide your order details, proof of purchase, and photos of the issue to help us assess your request.
Catering Order Cancellations
Cancellations for catering orders are free when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
If a catering order is cancelled within 12 hours or less of the scheduled order time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Refunds for cancelled catering orders will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Cash refunds must be authorised by a manager.
Damages, Issues and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing items, or not as expected, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue.
As catering orders and perishable food items cannot be returned, any refund, replacement, credit, or other resolution will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, perishable goods cannot be returned. This includes fresh food, fruit, vegetables, catering items, prepared meals, salads, wraps, sandwiches, juices, yoghurt trays, desserts, flowers, and plants.
We also cannot accept returns for custom products, special orders, personalised items, personal care goods, sale items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before returning the item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to request a return for the original item, where eligible, and place a separate order for the new item once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return or order issue has been reviewed, we will notify you whether a refund, replacement, credit, or other resolution has been approved.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
