Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the website.

Purchases

All orders are to be paid in full at the time of placement.

Cash or card payments only. Bank transfer is no longer available.

Free cancellation applies if 24 hours or more notice is given.

A 50% cancellation fee applies if cancellation is made within 12 hours or less.

Refunds will be processed via like-for-like payment. Cash refunds must be authorised by a manager only.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
