How It Works

Minimum Spend

To qualify for delivery, your order must be at least $100.

Delivery Radius & Pricing

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from Top Fruit Market, Greenacre to your delivery address.

Delivery is currently available within a 30km radius of Top Fruit Market, Greenacre.

Delivery Days & Times

Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm.

Please note, we do not offer deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Order Cut-Off

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before your desired delivery time.

Late orders may need to be moved to the next available delivery slot.

Delivery Slots

Deliveries are scheduled in one-hour time slots.

Your order will be delivered within the hour selected at checkout. For example, if you select 10am–11am, your order will arrive sometime between 10am and 11am.

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate any requests added in the Notes section at checkout.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery is available within a 30km radius. Orders outside this radius may be considered at management’s discretion.

Deliveries operate Monday to Saturday, 10am–4pm.

We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery slots are allocated in one-hour windows. Your order will be delivered within the selected time slot, however exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

Customers must ensure someone is available to accept the order at the nominated address during the selected delivery window.

Fresh produce and perishable items should be collected and stored appropriately as soon as they are delivered.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, incomplete information, or absence of the recipient, the order may be returned to our store and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery may be impacted by traffic, weather, public events, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

For large or special orders, deliveries beyond 30km or outside standard hours may be accommodated at management’s discretion. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Once these details are completed, the system will unlock the option to choose a delivery or pickup date.

This step is required to confirm your location, calculate delivery eligibility, and show the correct available options.

Without entering your details, you will not be able to proceed to select a delivery or pickup date.
